There are a limited number of spaces in each event. Events not listed below are full, and we are unable to accommodate additional campers.
Boys and Girls event participation is based on THSRA regulations. Events marked with an * require campers to have a horse.
Horse & Rider Assessment
For the safety of all horses and riders, campers participating in any horseback event will go through a brief assessment in the main arena to confirm they have the minimum skills to be able to participate in the event they registered for.If an instructor feels the camper or horse does not meet the requirements, the camper will be placed in the horsemanship event in order to improve the horse or rider's skills. Placement will be solely at the discretion of the instructors or Camp Director.Check-In
Campers MUST check in on 6/26 between 4 - 5:30 p.m. AND a current negative Coggins must be presented BEFORE unloading horses. Once confirmed at check-in, stall assignments will be given by the Arena team assisting with unloading. Coggins will be checked at the gate, before unloading your horse.
COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT. There are limited spaces in each event filled on a first come-first served basis as determined by receipt of payment AND completion of additional required forms.

Spots with “complete” payment AND forms will be filled first. All others will be placed on a waitlist to be contacted in the order received.
